Greetings CMKX Owners Group members,
Our office this morning received a second batch of certs from Ameritrade. This bundle of certs included approximately 1,200 certs and most of them had an issuance date of May 15, 2006. Work has begun to have those certs entered into our database. The cover letter says we can expect 200 more in the next few days.
We are receiving calls from shareholders wanting to know when to expect the Entourage distribution. I do not have the answer to that question. Many people are wanting to know if they should continue to request their certificates. Yes, you should continue to request your certificates. Once you have received your cert (whether it was issued before or after May 15, 2006) please fax the cert to the Task Force. (www.cmkmtaskforce.com) The company does not intend to deprive any bonafide shareholder of his or her distribution. There has been no extension of the May 15, 2006 deadline. There has been no discussion of extending the deadline. Clearly there are shareholders with extenuating circumstances and all circumstances will be considered by the Task Force. Therefore, continue your efforts to obtain your certs and send them to the Task Force.
The Task Force has not met with Helen Bagley as of the time of this update. First Global is continuing to issue certs at the request of several brokers.
I expected some word from the company this week regarding a press release. I have not received any information on when the next press release from the company will be issued.

I shouldn't post this..l. but
I've been in the Transfer Agent line of business for 19+ years. I have many contacts within the DTC, IRS, and SEC. I would not jeopordize my positon with ANY questions relating to CMKX. For me, this has been better than putting $1,000 on the Royals to win a game! For the record, Helen Bagley, knows what the Stock borrow program is all about. The Securities Tansfer Association (which I'm a part of) had a training session in Helen's operation.

Thanks Fastwalker and others for you posts. I have really enjoyed reading your stuff. I would have to say you have WAY to much time on your hands, but I'm still reading it!
In my many years in this industry. Why so much hpye over a delisted and worthless stock? I want so bad to ask my DTC brethern whats up? I can't, but my goodness, a worthless stock that has so many big players.
The world is full of kings and queens who blind your eyes and steal your dreams... it's heaven and hell!

why is the transfer agent still issuing stock I thought we where told that all the certs where sent if there is still some left it is becuase there is no NSS and this is just delaying the time before UC goes to jail for fraud
prove me wrong ?

d**n it !!!! As usual worthless and nonsense update...that's happend all the time UC and company they don't keep their words....only things they are doing is to just hiding the information. And all the time talking about the d**n entourage distribution ! Who give d**n about those entourage stocks....it's not a google stocks which is expensive....this is just .30 to .40 cents...
It's so funny about Frizzle and everytime he saying the same crap that he don't know anything. But still thanks to Frizzle atleast we are getting some information.
The whole things UC and Company are doing to just save their a$$....b'cause they doesn't wants to go to the jail...like enron CEO.....
Where is Green Baron, Willy Wizaard and Dr. D etc....who misguide thousands of innocent shareholders ?
If UC has guts than why not just held a share holder's meeting and give them all the explantion....instead of extending all the deadline.
One thing I don't understand why we all have to pay the price for other stock holders who didn't order their certificates in time....lots of even not aware of pull out cert.....b'cause they are not watching the stocks....they don't read the message board...that's not our fault....
I'm sorry if I hurt anybody's feeling...but this is nothing more than just my fraustration. B'cause I invest in this stock more than $ 23,000....and I'm not getting anything....

We have "yet" to receive anything, but we wouldn't be here waiting unless we had something coming.

Believe me there are many of us who have a lot more invested in CMKX then $25,000 even more then $75,000
I posted an article a couple of days ago pertaining to how companies that have been shorted are simply being given the run around and nothing is being done.
We are taking a very smart approach which involves collecting physical proof that will make CMKX the first company in all History making the criminals involved take responsibility for their actions.
The next step will be making our demands and $$$ will be just fine as long as it is a fair amount of money. Many of us shareholders have been affected by their actions and if given an opportunity to collect I think we will be wise to use it.
When the time is right, which is very close....we will collect.
