Total bull nuts if you ask me, I knew this would happen. Why do you think Urban turned the company over to these clowns. It was all part of the big plan to screw us over.

i think urban gave them up to avoid charges for himself , or we have some awesome find like it has been rumored years ago, and koch got them to agree to drop it for the claims also as a part of a deal

considering that our current c.e.o. knows all about urban & his habits, perhaps the lawsuit was a farce to begin with? if he really did do all the things that were claimed in the book, there would not be any deal he could cut to get out of it - especially considering that anyone he would have flipped on has already been found guilty & ordered to pay restitution.
therefore - my only conclusion is that the casavant lawsuit was put out there for show & there was never any intention of seeing it through to the end...

this makes no dang sense what so ever..... WTH? If Cassavant (allegedly) made off with millions, why not go after the $$$$$$?!

Hi guys I haven't posted in a little while been busy but this does all point to a plan since the first day. UC made a deal if he squeels he will go free. There is no other explanation. I'm starting to believe there is more to UC's words that each one of us will become a millionaire! I'm not joking. Perhaps the find was not in the ground or perhaps it was too, but I'm starting to believe that due to the fact we obtained shares that should have never been offered to us on the market this will require substantial compensation. I don't know what it is yet, but I do believe more will be revealed soon. This stock is like a nightmare for both sides because none of us really know which direction the money will flow. ;D
